iPlans takeoffs are broken out based on your specific scope & needs (per room type, general square footage, etc.) in a format that is easily transferred to any pricing spreadsheet. Takeoffs are a great option for contractors who prefer to handle the pricing and proposal in house.

A summation of all costs involved in successfully finishing a project.
Quantity takeoff with the costs of material, labor, overhead and profit added in. With the option to utilize our pricing software or your own, iPlans is here to help ensure your final number is accurate and profitable! *Want to spruce up your proposal template? We can do that too!
Aerials & Roof Reports (From $15)
A combination of satellite imagery, estimating software & years of field experience.
Using just the address and iPlans' proven algorithm, our team of experts are able to accurately estimate the roofing, siding, landscaping, paving, and fencing for most all residential and commercial properties. Each iPlans Aerial is prepared by computer aided drafting technicians, not an app or tablet!
Document Management (Free)
Secure cloud storage, bid calendars, etc.
Get 24hr free access to all project files organized and stored on our secure document cloud for up to 3 years. In addition, a shareable bid calendar will be created for your company and can even be turned into an easy to use, custom mobile app! Our office staff can also provide spreadsheets to help you keep track of follow-ups, project status', production, etc.
